Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 5, 2026. What clients can and cannot do when using Agent Lead Engine services.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who uses services provided by Agent Lead Engine LLC ("Agent Lead Engine," "we"). Violation may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account and could expose you to legal liability.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use our services to create, store, send, or distribute any content that:

  • Violates any federal, state, or local law, including insurance laws, consumer protection laws, or anti fraud statutes.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Constitutes spam, unsolicited commercial messaging, or messaging sent without required consent.
  • Is harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Promotes self harm, violence, or illegal activity.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or exploits.
  • Impersonates another person or business.
  • Misrepresents your licensing status, carrier appointments, or the products you are authorized to sell.

3. SMS and Phone Compliance

If you send SMS, MMS, RCS, or automated voice calls through our services, you must:

  • Obtain prior express written consent (for marketing) or prior express consent (for non marketing calls) from each recipient before messaging or calling, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • Include clear opt out language in every marketing message (STOP to unsubscribe).
  • Honor opt out requests immediately and maintain a suppression list.
  • Ensure your 10DLC brand and campaign registrations are current, accurate, and match your actual use case.
  • Not send messages to numbers on the Federal or state Do Not Call (DNC) registries without a valid exemption.
  • Follow CMS Medicare marketing rules if applicable, including Permission to Contact (PTC) and Scope of Appointment (SOA) requirements.
  • Not send messages during restricted calling hours (typically before 8 am or after 9 pm recipient local time).

4. Email Compliance

If you send email through our services, you must comply with CAN SPAM and similar laws. This includes including a valid physical mailing address, offering a working unsubscribe mechanism, honoring opt outs within 10 business days, and not using deceptive subject lines or header information.

5. Insurance Specific Rules

You represent and warrant that you maintain all required insurance licenses and carrier appointments, do not make misleading statements about products you sell, do not engage in rebating or other state prohibited practices, and comply with all state Department of Insurance advertising rules.

6. System Abuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or third party systems, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, interfere with service to other clients, reverse engineer or create derivative works of our platform, or use automated tools to create excessive load.

7. Data You Upload

You represent that you have the right to upload and process all contact data and content you provide to us, and that your use of that data complies with all applicable privacy laws including CCPA, GDPR, and sectoral privacy laws.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. If we find a violation, we may (a) warn you, (b) suspend your account, (c) terminate your account, (d) remove offending content, or (e) cooperate with law enforcement. Repeat or egregious violations result in immediate termination without refund.
