Agent Lead Engine LLC ("Agent Lead Engine," "we," "us," or "our") is a New York limited liability company. We provide CRM, automation, and marketing services to insurance agents and agencies. Contact: info@agentleadengine.com, Agent Lead Engine LLC, New York.
Account information. Name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, and payment method when you sign up.
Service data. Contacts, leads, conversations, call recordings, SMS messages, email content, pipeline data, and automation configurations you or your team upload or create while using our services.
Your clients and leads. When you use our services, you may upload contact details of your own prospects, leads, policyholders, and customers. This data belongs to you. We act as your service provider and process it only on your instructions.
Website data. IP address, browser type, referrer, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers when you visit agentleadengine.com.
Communications. Emails, support tickets, call recordings, and messages you send us.
We use the information we collect to deliver and improve our services, process payments, provide customer support, communicate with you about your account, send service announcements, detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We use the following subprocessors to deliver our services. Each has been evaluated and is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation unless law requires longer retention. Call recordings are retained for 10 years where required by CMS rules for Medicare. You may request deletion earlier as described in Section 7.
We use industry standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), access controls, audit logging, and vendor security reviews. No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you consistent with applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@agentleadengine.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, request access to or deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and limit use of sensitive personal information. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the rights listed above plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email info@agentleadengine.com and we will delete it.
