Teams
No lead should sit without an owner
Queva turns the records your team already has into a short list for the day.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
Start with ownership
Each new lead needs a named person and a first task before the day gets busy. Send Queva the new-lead queue and ask it to point out records that are missing either one. The result is a handoff list your team can clear during a morning huddle.
For each person, include the lead’s stated need, preferred time, and the last message. Queva can draft a response that reflects those details. The owner checks it, uses the right contact method, and records what happened after the conversation.
Keep shared coverage clear
Teams lose leads when several people assume someone else replied. Put the owner and due time in the CRM, then use a short queue for records that are waiting. If an agent is in a showing, another team member can see which conversations need a timely response.
Queva can make the queue easier to scan and prepare individual drafts for the assigned owner. It does not replace the team’s routing rules or customer conversations. For texts, verify how and when consent was given, the message purpose, any revocation, and the brokerage policy.
Agree on the rule for an unclaimed lead before the queue grows. For example, a team can route it to a named backup after a set review period, then document the change in the CRM. Queva can make missing ownership obvious, but the team must set the routing, availability, and customer-contact rules that make coverage reliable. Review the exception list after the huddle so handoffs and absences do not leave a lead without a person.

Start with one shared routine
Give each new lead an owner, a next task, and a useful draft.
- Set a clear record owner.
- Prepare the next task and a personal draft.
- Text only when consent fits the message and brokerage policy permits it.
