For agents carrying several active deals, start with the deadline nearest to today

Send the signed contract and current checklist; Queva returns page-backed dates, missing documents, and questions for the right person.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: What is missing from this file before Friday’s inspection deadline?
Queva: The inspection report is attached. The buyer’s repair questions and the seller response are still missing.

Triage active deals by the nearest deadline

Gather the signed agreement, current checklist, and active notes for the deals that need attention this week. Ask Queva for a deadline-ordered view that names the next document, open question, and person involved. This is the agent’s cross-deal board, so focus on what is most likely to block progress today.

Keep a document name and page reference beside any date pulled from a contract. If a newer email says something different, mark the conflict and compare it with the signed material. That keeps the priority board useful without treating the newest message as the authority.

Send the right question to the right person

After the priority review, sort the open items into questions for the buyer, seller, lender, title contact, or coordinator. Queva can prepare a short update from the documents and notes you provide. The agent checks each request, then sends it through the communication channel the team uses for that transaction.

Detailed document-completeness work belongs in the file checklist, while thread-by-thread requests belong on the email-action page. The people responsible for the transaction apply the forms, brokerage procedure, and legal guidance. Queva organizes supplied material; it does not decide what a party should agree to.

This is the broad deal view for an agent managing several files at once. Start with the deadline board, then ask which document, person, or question blocks the next item. Keep the output limited to priorities across the active deals; document extraction and item-by-item file auditing belong in the coordinator and checklist pages. Review the board after each material update so an old deadline does not keep displacing today’s work.
