Find the missing item before the deadline finds you
Send Queva the files and the checklist. It points to what still needs an answer.

Compare the checklist with the file
Give Queva the current checklist together with the contract, addenda, inspection material, and communications that affect the deadline. Ask for missing items by category, not a broad summary. A list that says which signature, response, or attachment is absent is easier to clear before Friday. It also gives the team a quick order for clearing the file.
Review each result against the actual document. Contracts can have changed dates, local addenda, and handwritten details that a short summary misses. Keep the document page or file name beside the item so the coordinator can verify it without reopening every attachment.
Use questions to move the file forward
Queva can make a question list for the buyer, seller, lender, title contact, or another coordinator. That separates an incomplete document from a task that is waiting on someone else. Send each request through the channel your team uses for transaction communications.
The file owner applies the current forms, brokerage procedure, and legal guidance. Queva turns the material you provide into a readable checklist. It does not determine whether a deadline was met or whether a signed document changes the parties’ obligations.
Use this page for the document-completeness question: which required item is absent, unsigned, or not yet matched to the checklist? Keep each result close to the relevant file name and page. It is different from the broader deal-priority view and from an email-action list, so the coordinator can clear documents without mixing in every conversation or deadline. Resolve one category at a time, then rerun the checklist before the next file handoff.
