How Grantkeeper works
Grantkeeper is an AI assistant your team texts. We set it up on its own private server, connect the tools you already use and help you as you go.
You text it like a coworker
Text Grantkeeper from the messaging app we set up with you. Ask for thank-you notes, a volunteer roster, a grant report or a page for Saturday’s event. It replies with a short summary and links to the drafts, ready for your review.
You choose its name. It uses your organization’s own language, religious or everyday, and it works in English and Spanish with the same facts in both.
Its own private server
Each organization gets its own server, which we set up and keep updated. It holds your assistant, a private page for logins and keys, and a record of the actions it has taken. Passwords and keys go on that private page, never in a text.
The AI that writes the drafts runs outside that server, so Grantkeeper asks only for the records a job needs. It is set up to keep sensitive details, such as health or immigration information, out of general donor records and ad audiences.
The tools it connects to
Grantkeeper connects directly to Google Ads, WordPress, SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, TickTick and a read-only calendar link. Each connection allows certain actions only, listed on its integration page.
For tools without a direct connection, such as Planning Center, Breeze, Givebutter, Mailchimp or Canva, it can work in its own browser with a login you create for it, or from files you export. We check each tool, plan and screen with you during setup. Nothing has to move to a new system.
Office work on your weekly rhythm
Start with the work your team repeats: donor thank-yous, report evidence, volunteer shifts, board reading and event announcements. Grantkeeper prepares drafts from the records you share and the tools connected during setup. You choose which job to hand over first.
If your organization uses Google Ad Grants, a scheduled read-only account check can be one of those jobs. New campaigns stay paused for you to review and activate in Google Ads. Grantkeeper cannot raise budgets, delete items or touch billing; Google decides eligibility and approval.
Sending, paying, publishing and deleting
Grantkeeper reads, looks things up, checks numbers, translates and writes drafts as part of the job you asked for. Sending, paying, publishing and deleting work differently: it shows you the exact message, page or change, and you reply with a one-time code that works for that action only and expires after 15 minutes.
Some tools send email on their own, like a calendar invitation or a signup confirmation. Grantkeeper looks for those side effects before it saves anything, and prepares a private file instead when a tool cannot hold the message back.
Setup and support
We start with a conversation about your organization, the jobs that fill your week and the tools you already use. Then we set up your assistant and the connections that fit those jobs.
Churches, synagogues, mosques, temples and other houses of worship get the Care plan free, including setup and AI use, and can move up to Managed or Full Service at the normal price. Other nonprofits use the same three plans: Care is $99 a month, Managed $199 and Full Service $349, and AI use and support are included in each. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month; Full Service adds 2 hours, a larger AI allowance, cybersecurity monitoring and deep access for our team, with a signed waiver. Setup is agreed before you start; talk to us.
Every plan includes support: help when something is not working, answers to your questions, and fixes at no charge for anything we set up that breaks. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month, as four 15-minute credits, and Full Service adds 2 hours, as eight credits. Each credit covers one 15-minute fix, change or question handled by a person. Support is open every day, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and we reply within two support hours. On Care, individual hours are $175 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($43.75). Extra time beyond the included hours on Managed or Full Service is $125 an hour ($31.25 per 15 minutes).
