CRM GUIDE

Understanding Your Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your agency's performance. Here's what every widget means and how to use it.

DASHBOARD WIDGETS

What Every Metric Means

Each widget on your dashboard tracks a specific part of your agency's performance. Here's a breakdown of each one.

New Leads

Shows the number of new leads that entered your pipeline in the selected time period. Watch this to gauge your marketing effectiveness and lead generation.

Closed Won

The number of opportunities that moved to Closed Won status (policy bound). This is your conversion metric, the deals you actually closed.

Revenue

Total revenue from closed deals in the selected period. Tracks the monetary value of your pipeline conversions.

Closed Lost

Leads that didn't convert. Review these to identify patterns. Are you losing at the quote stage? The follow-up stage? Use this to improve.

Pipeline Overview

A visual breakdown of how many leads are in each pipeline stage. Helps you see where leads are getting stuck and where to focus your effort.

Active Policies

Total count of currently active policies. Your book of business at a glance.

Stale Leads

Leads that haven't been touched in a set period. These need immediate attention. The Deal Pulse automation flags them, but you should check here daily.

TIPS

Get the Most Out of Your Dashboard

Two simple habits that will help you stay on top of your pipeline.

Check It Daily

Make your dashboard the first thing you open each morning. It takes 30 seconds and shows you exactly what needs attention.

Use Date Filters

Adjust the date range to compare week-over-week or month-over-month. Look for trends, not just snapshots.
