We stand behind the work. If your first 30 days do not deliver, you get a refund. No termination fees, no contract traps, no hostage data.
Short version: no surprises. Long version below.
$0 to start on Launch, Build, and Command. You pay month one and we deploy. Every competitor we benchmarked charges between $500 and $4,000 to get started.
No annual commitment. No 6 month minimum. No 12 month minimum. You are not locked in and neither are we. This keeps us honest.
If inside your first 30 days you feel the deployment, onboarding, or automations did not deliver what we promised, email support and we refund month one.
You own your contacts, your pipelines, your conversations, and your content. We export everything as CSV and PDF so you can move it anywhere.
If you start on Launch or Build and later upgrade to Command, the 30 day satisfaction guarantee applies to the upgrade, not the full Command price.
If you are on Build at $1,447 per month and upgrade to Command at $2,147 per month, your guaranteed refund covers the $500 difference between the two tiers. You already committed to Build and received that value. The guarantee protects you on the new services you are paying for, not the ones you were already using.
The 30 day clock starts on the day your Command upgrade goes live. If the local presence management, citation building, or other Command-tier services do not meet your expectations within that window, we refund the difference. You stay on your previous tier with no interruption.
We want this to be clear before you sign up, not after.
If something in your CRM is not working because of our setup, our automation, our deployment, or our code, we fix it at no charge. That is our responsibility and we do not bill for our mistakes. This applies for the entire duration of your service.
If you or your team made changes to the CRM and something stopped working, that falls under support credits. Support is billed at $75 per hour in 15 minute increments. One credit is $18.75 and the minimum for any support session is one credit. You only pay for what you use and you are never auto-billed for support you did not request.
So "satisfaction" is not a mystery, here is exactly what we expect to have delivered by day 30.
Insurance snapshot loaded, pipelines configured, automations active, forms published, calendar booking live, your agency branding applied.
30 or 60 minute onboarding call delivered, agent trained on the dashboard, lead sources mapped, first campaigns walked through.
Real leads entering the system, SMS firing, calendar booking tested, nurture sequence running on at least one contact.
Support SLA being met, questions being answered, visible progress on any requested adjustments.
Simple and written down on purpose.
Send a cancellation request to support at agentleadengine dot com before your next renewal date. That is the whole process.
You owe nothing beyond the month you are in. No clawback on completed work, no early exit penalty.
Within 7 days of cancellation you receive contacts CSV, conversation transcripts, pipeline history, campaign reports, and any website files.
Long contracts protect the vendor. They do not protect you. We keep the relationship month to month because we think the work should speak month over month.
If we stop delivering, you leave. That is a strong incentive for us to keep your CRM tuned, your automations running, and your support fast.
Insurance agents should not have to bet 12 months of fees on a marketing vendor they just met. Try it, see if it works, stay as long as it does.
