WEEK 1

Day 0 to Day 7: Foundation

Kickoff Call

Signed agreement, intake form captures agency legal name, EIN, lines of business, lead sources, current stack. 30 minute call to map priorities and name your primary contact. We schedule next check in.

Day 1-2

Snapshot Deploy

Day 3-5

Core Automations

Day 6-7

Phone Number and Email

Phone number either ported from your current provider or a fresh local number assigned. Email sending domain configured with SPF, DKIM, DMARC records. We send you a DNS record list for your domain host.

WEEK 2

Day 8 to Day 14: Go Live

By end of week two you have live lead capture, calendar booking, and working conversations.

Web Forms

Two to four lead capture forms built with your branding: home quote, auto quote, general contact, commercial inquiry. Compliant opt in language, TCPA consent checkbox, direct pipeline routing.

Day 10-11

Calendar Booking

Calendar sync with Google or Microsoft. Booking page with 15, 30, 60 minute appointment types. Auto reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. Zoom links auto generated if virtual.

Day 12-13

Campaign Launch

10DLC campaigns approve and carrier vetting completes. First automated sequences run against test leads. We verify delivery to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon numbers.

Day 14

Lead Flow Live

Your Facebook Lead Ads, web forms, and phone calls now flow into the CRM. Speed to lead automation fires on every new lead. You start seeing activity in the dashboard.

Day 15 to Day 30: Refine

The system is live. Now we tune it based on real lead behavior.

Training Session

One hour screen share walking you and your team through the dashboard, pipelines, conversations, and how to disposition leads. Recorded for future staff.

Day 19-22

First Data Review

We look at reply rates, booking rates, stage transitions. Adjust SMS copy and timing windows based on what your leads are actually doing.

Day 23-26

Additional Workflows

Cross sell workflows (auto customer gets home offer), referral asks, review requests post bind. Added based on your tier and priorities.

Day 27-30

30 Day Checkpoint
