Queva, Alpha 1.0

The assistant you text.

Queva is your everyday assistant, with setup and support from Agent Care. It is a number in your phone that helps with personal or business tasks, drafts messages, keeps your lists, and builds you small tools when you ask. Text it naturally, then check the result and provide corrections when needed.

Alpha means it is new and we are fixing it as real owners use it. Sam helps with setup and support. Four short videos show it in action.

Setup $400. Care $99, Managed $199 or Full Service $349 per month, including provider costs. 30-day money back. See the plans.

A short example

Help with the follow-up

Watch a 68-second example, then bring one ordinary task to a short conversation.

An illustrated synthetic narrator presents a fictional tile example. This is an authored illustration, not customer footage, a live app recording or Sam's likeness or voice.

What it does

The stuff that eats your day

Write

Texts, replies, quotes

"Customer wants a quote for a 60 sq ft bathroom floor." It hands you the text to send, in your words, with your prices. It drafts; you press send.

Keep

Saved lists

Who owes you, what is due, who to call back. Text it a name and it keeps the list. Ask what is on it and it reads it back.

Build

Drafts of small tools

"Make me something to track my customers." It can help draft a small tool. Check that it works for your task before relying on it; a link alone is not a finished result.

Look up

Answers with sources

A price, a rule, a competitor. It searches, tells you what it found, and says when it is not sure.

Remember

It remembers

Your prices, how you talk, who your people are. The Memory tab on your private page shows the notes it keeps about you. You can read and erase them there. To clear its deeper memory store, ask Sam.

Learn

Give it context

Tile, insurance, a salon, a food truck. Tell it what matters in your work, provide corrections and review the notes it keeps.

Under the hood

For the curious

So what exactly is Queva?

A setup we built on top of Hermes Agent: one private server per owner, a texting line that we set up and manage, a private page for files, logins and settings, a memory, a rulebook that gives it judgement and a voice, and the testing and updates behind all of that. The engine is in the open. The setup is ours.

What does "it drafts, you send" mean in practice?

The ordinary workflow is simple: Queva prepares a draft, you review it, and you send it. It can also help draft small tools for you to try. Review the result and enabled permissions, and explicitly agree any action or automation before relying on it.

How is it tested?

For releases and changes, review what changed and try useful tasks in your actual setup. Simulated conversations can help check responses, but do not replace checking that a task works on your phone or server. Agree monitoring, backup and restore arrangements with Sam based on what is configured and verified for your setup.

What about my passwords and keys?

Do not text passwords or keys. For a specifically enabled connection, use the private credential-entry or Settings route provided during setup. Approved connected tools may need to use the credentials you supply. Verify each connection's access and availability before using it.

Who can see my chats?

Your paid setup stores data in your own account. AI and messaging providers process the information needed to run the service; owner-controlled storage is separate. Agree any support access with Sam and review its scope and expiry before approving it. Sam may review free-demo conversations to fix problems, so use example details rather than private customer information. More on How the security works and About your data.

What does it not do yet?

Start with drafts and small tools, and review the results. Account access and actions such as sending customer texts depend on enabled connections and the permissions you agree. Confirm what is available in your setup before relying on it. Queva is an alpha and can get things wrong even when it sounds sure.

Why Hermes

Why it runs on Hermes

Queva runs on Hermes Agent, open-source software that supports saved files, notes and small tasks. Your paid setup runs in your own DigitalOcean account. Provider processing is separate from owner-controlled storage. Review drafts and tools before using them.

Hermes Agent is open-source software. Agent Lead Engine is not affiliated with its makers; we build on it and credit it.
