The CRM

Built on GoHighLevel (a white-label platform). Pre-configured with insurance pipelines, lead capture forms, automated follow-up sequences, and a unified inbox that pulls in calls, texts, emails, Facebook messages, and Google chats. Replaces 5 disconnected tools.

The website

9 conversion-tested templates designed specifically for insurance agencies. Built fast (48 hours for the basic build). Mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, with quote forms that feed straight into the CRM.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

We manage their Google Business Profile (the listing that shows up when you search "insurance near me"). We post weekly updates, request reviews from their existing customers, and respond to reviews. Goal: rank in the Map Pack.

AI Receptionist

An AI voice that answers their phone 24/7. Books appointments, captures lead info, transfers urgent calls. So when a lead calls at 8 PM and the agent is at dinner, the AI doesn't let the lead bounce.

iMessage / blue-bubble texting

Sends business texts that show up as iMessages (blue bubbles) on iPhones, not green SMS. Massively higher open rates because it looks like a personal text.

Account Manager

A human who manages their account. Updates the website monthly, watches the CRM dashboard, helps optimize. Higher tiers get more dedicated AM time.

Integrations
