The first 3 agencies get the audit at half price, all 3 spots are open.

ABOUT AGENT LEAD ENGINE

Before we build anything, we look for what is already leaking.

I am Sam Ochoa, founder of Agent Lead Engine in East Meadow, New York. I built this practice for independent insurance agencies that want a clear answer before they buy another system.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Small gaps can hide in normal work.

A call goes to voicemail after hours. A quote gets a reply tomorrow. A renewal reminder starts too late. None of these feels like a crisis, but each one can make it harder for an agency to win and keep business.

The audit makes those gaps easier to see. It gives an owner evidence, a labeled estimate, and a practical choice about what to do next.

WHO I WORK WITH

Independent agencies, one honest question at a time.

I work with independent P&C agencies, usually with 1 to 25 staff. I speak English and Spanish. The goal is simple: help an agency understand its customer path before deciding whether a build is worth it.

  • Start with a free 15-minute leak check
  • Audit only with your written OK
  • Build only after the evidence points to a fix

THE HONEST-WITNESS METHOD

Every finding gets a label.

A number is only useful when you know where it came from.

Measured

We test a public entry point, such as a phone number or website form, and record what happens. We can also use read-only information you approve.

Estimated

We use your approved inputs and clear assumptions to calculate a range. The assumptions stay visible in the report.

Benchmarked

We use an industry comparison when your own data is not available. A benchmark is not presented as your actual revenue.

Written OK

We do not probe your public customer path without permission. You approve the test plan first. No passwords or logins are required for the public probe.

Refund guarantee If the audit does not find a leak worth more than the audit fee, the audit fee is refunded in full. The $1,500 audit is flat price, or $750 for the first 3 founding agencies. The audit fee counts toward a build if you choose one.

WHAT COMES AFTER

The audit is the decision point.

If a fix makes sense, it can be built. If it does not, you still keep the findings.

Builds

Optional fixes are usually $2,500 to $5,000. The work may include missed-call textback, quote follow-up, speed-to-lead, renewal outreach, after-hours reception, lead reactivation, review requests, or a data sync.

Guard

Optional monitoring is $297 to $497 per month. It tracks the agreed fix and gives you a monthly report on what changed.

Start with a 15-minute leak check.

Tell me what happens when a customer calls, asks for a quote, or reaches out online. I will tell you whether an audit is worth the next step.
