Find the money leaking from your agency quietly.
Missed after-hours calls, quiet quotes, and late renewals can add up. In 5 days, the AI Revenue Leak Audit shows what each leak may cost and what to fix first. If we do not find a leak worth more than the fee, you get a full refund.
We check the doors your customers use.
With your written OK, we test the public entry points of your agency. No passwords. No logins. Just the same doors a customer can use.

Evening call
We call the published number after hours and note what a real caller reaches.
Saturday form
We submit the website form on a Saturday, using a normal test lead.
Monday silence
We record what happens next. The result goes in your report as evidence.

How the 5 days run.
About 75 minutes of owner time across the week. Nothing changes in your systems.
Day 1: intake
A 45-minute call about how leads, quotes, and renewals move through your agency.
Days 2 to 4: analysis
We review the workflows and may send 2 or 3 short questions by email.
Day 5: findings
You receive the leak map, recorded walkthrough, and ranked fix plan, then review it with us.

AI Revenue Leak Audit
$750 founding rate for the first 3. The fee counts toward any build.
One fix built
Missed-call textback, quote follow-up, speed-to-lead, renewal countdown, after-hours receptionist, review engine, lead reactivation, or data sync.
Guard
Monitoring plus a monthly money-recovered report.
Who this is for, and who it is not.
For independent P&C agencies
Owners with 1 to 25 staff who suspect manual work is costing money, especially when leads come by phone or web form and follow-up lives in producers’ heads.
Not for every agency
Not for captives, agencies with 25 or more staff, report-filers, or anyone looking for a new CRM subscription. The fix plan is yours to keep.
Questions owners ask first.
Do you need access to our systems?
We do not need passwords or logins for the mystery-shop tests. With your written OK, we call your published number and submit your website form, the same way a customer would. Read-only reports or exports are ideal, but screenshots work too. We never change anything during an audit. If a system cannot be shared, we use the intake call and staff interviews.
Is this a pitch for your CRM in disguise?
No. The leak map, recording, and fix plan are yours whether or not we build anything. Some fixes will be process changes or use tools you already own. We say so when that is the right answer.
What if you find nothing?
We tell you on the walkthrough call and refund the full fee. The guarantee is simple: at least one leak worth more than the audit price, or you do not pay.
How is the dollar figure on each leak calculated?
From your numbers where possible: close rates, average premium per policy, call and lead volume, and loaded staff cost. Where a number cannot be measured directly, we use a conservative range and mark it as an estimate.
What happens if we want you to build a fix?
You pick a fix from the ranked plan. We quote the build price before work starts, and the audit fee credits toward it in full. The audit commits you to nothing.
Why the founding rate?
This is a new offer. The first 3 agencies get half price in exchange for an honest testimonial if the work earns one, and permission to describe the engagement as founding work, anonymized if you prefer. Once those 3 are placed, the rate is $1,500.
Are the founding spots still open?
As of August 2026, all 3 founding spots are still open.
