This is my Google review link: (paste the link). Write a short thank you message I can send a customer after a job, asking for an honest review with this link. Do not offer anything in return.
It does not send the request for you. Google does not allow gifts or discounts in exchange for reviews.

Here is a Yelp review of my business: (paste it or send a screenshot). Write a short, calm reply I can post. Thank them, answer the main point, and invite them to call me.

What to text
A customer left this review: "Great service but the wait was long." Write a short, polite reply.
I got a 1 star review that I think is unfair: (paste it). Write a calm reply. Do not argue.
Write a thank you reply to this 5 star review: (paste it)
Give me 3 ways to ask happy customers for a review.
Make it shorter and warmer.
Steps
- Copy the review. Leave out the customer's full name.
- Paste it and say what you want. For example: "Write a calm reply. Do not argue."
- Tell it your side in one or two lines, so the reply fits what really happened.
- Read the draft. Wait an hour if you are upset. Then read it again.
- Copy it and post it yourself on the review site.
Example conversation
I got a 1 star review that I think is unfair: "They never showed up." We came, but nobody was home. Write a calm reply. Do not argue.
Here is a draft:
"Thank you for telling us. We are sorry for the mix-up. Our records show we came by at the set time and could not reach anyone. We would like to make this right. Please call us so we can set a new time."
Good. A little shorter.
"We are sorry for the mix-up. We came by at the set time and could not reach anyone. Please call us and we will set a new time."
Make it stick
- Answer every review the week it comes in. Short is fine.
- Do not put private customer details in a public reply.
What it will not do
It does not post the reply. You do. It does not write fake reviews, and we ask you not to use it for that.
Demo notice
During a demo, do not send passwords, card numbers or private customer details. Read the demo rules.
