Demo rules and your data
This page tells you what a demo is and what you should not send.
During a demo
- A demo is a short free trial that Sam sets up for you.
- Sam can see conversations. He does this to fix problems.
Before you send a text or a photo
- Check for passwords. Do not send them.
- Check for card numbers. Do not send them.
- Check for private customer details. Do not send them. Take them out or cover them first.
Other things to know
- It asks before putting a page online. During a demo, the first publish shows a warning. It says the page goes on Agent Lead Engine's server and is public. Reply yes or no.
- It remembers what you tell it about your business. The Memory tab on your private page shows the notes it keeps about you, and you can erase them there or send
/forget. To clear its deeper memory store, ask Sam. - Your page shows your files, a log of what was done on the server, your chat history and your usage. To get the link, send
/home. - Sent something by mistake? Text Sam and tell us.
Example conversation
You can ask for help without names, phone numbers or addresses.
You:
A customer wants to move their visit to next week. Write a friendly reply. Leave a blank for the name.
Your assistant:
Here is a draft:
"Hello ____, no problem. We can move your visit to next week. Which day works best for you?"
What it will not do
It does not send texts or emails to your customers. It writes drafts. You send them.
