What to ask it
This guide gives you 20 texts you can copy and send to your assistant.
Steps
- Find an example below that fits your day.
- Tap Copy.
- Open your text thread with your assistant. Press and hold the text box, then tap Paste.
- Change the details to match your business. Then send.
Customers
Write a friendly text to tell a customer their order is ready for pickup.
A customer left this review: "Great service but the wait was long." Write a short, polite reply.
Help me write a quote for painting two bedrooms. Ask me what you need to know.
Write a kind email to a customer whose invoice is two weeks late.
A customer is upset that we arrived late. Write a short apology text.
Paperwork
I am sending a photo of a letter. Tell me in plain words what it says.
I am sending a photo of a bill. What is it for and when is it due?
Make this email shorter and friendlier: (paste your email here)
Write a short job post for a part-time helper on weekends.
Lists
Add to my to-do list: call the supplier on Monday.
What is on my list?
Start a list of jobs for this week. First job: fix the fence on Oak Street.
Make a note: the blue van needs an oil change next month.
Building
Build a simple price list page for my business. Ask me for the items.
Build a small tracker for my jobs with a name, a date and a status.
Show me a preview of the page before you put it online.
Learning
What can you help me with?
Explain what a good reply to a bad review looks like.
Give me three ideas to ask happy customers for a review.
/learn
/learn requests the next available lesson; /learn stop stops lessons. If lessons are not ready, ask Sam or use these examples. Choosing a language does not request daily lessons. Send /forget topic, review the preview, then /forget YES to confirm. This does not erase chats, files, backups or every memory store. There is no separate /next command. See Commands.
Example conversation
A customer left this review: "Great service but the wait was long." Write a short, polite reply.
Here is a draft:
"Thank you for your kind words. We are sorry about the wait. We are working to make it shorter. We hope to see you again."
Make it shorter.
"Thank you! We are sorry about the wait and we are working on it. See you soon."
What it will not do
It does not send anything to your customers. You copy the draft and send it yourself. Do not use it for legal, medical, tax or money advice. Ask a professional for those.
