Connect my things the easy way
You do not need a technician. Almost anything on your phone or on paper can reach your assistant in one of three ways: a photo, a file, or a link. A few things connect for good from your private page: your calendar, TickTick and your own AI account.
Works today
Nothing to connect. You only text your assistant.
Pick what you want it to see
Open your calendar on the day you want. Take a screenshot. Text it. Or connect it once on the Connections tab of your private page.
Copy this prompt and give it to your assistant
Here is a screenshot of my calendar. Tell me what I have and where I am free.
Lay the paper flat. Cover any account number. Take one clear photo. Text it.

Here is a photo of a paper I got. Tell me in plain words what it says and what I need to do.
Open the Health app. Go to the number you care about. Take a screenshot. Text it.

Take a photo of your statement with the account number covered. Or download the statement file from your bank and upload it on your files page (/home).

Here is my statement. Sort my spending into groups and show me the total for each. Do not ask for my bank login.
Open the email. Take a screenshot, or copy the words and paste them in a text.

Take a screenshot of your list, or a photo of your notebook. Or just type the items. Use TickTick? Connect it on your private page.

Here is my list. Save it as my to-do list and tell me which 3 to do first.
Copy the link from the top of your browser. Paste it in a text.

What to text
Here is a screenshot of my calendar. What do I have tomorrow?
Here is a photo of a bill. What is it for and when is it due?
I uploaded a file to my files page. Read it and tell me what is in it.
Here is a link. Read the page and tell me the important part.
I want you to see my (calendar, steps, bank statement). What is the easiest way?
Four ways, easiest first
- A photo or screenshot. If you can see it, your assistant can read it. Take a picture of the paper, or a screenshot of the screen, and text it. This works for calendars, bills, letters, receipts, lists, labels and apps.
- A file. For bigger things, like a month of bank activity. Text /home to open your files page, upload the file, then tell your assistant it is there.
- A link. For something on a website. Copy the link and paste it in a text.
- A connection, for a few things. Your calendar, TickTick and your own AI key connect once from the Connections tab on your private page. Text "Send me my private page" to get there. You enter the link or key on that page, never in a text. If you paste one in chat, your assistant will not take it.
- Cover what is private before you send: account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers. A sticky note works.
- Not sure which way to use? Ask: "What is the easiest way to show you my calendar?"
What do you want it to see?
- My calendar. A screenshot of the day or week, or connect it once.
- My steps, sleep or health numbers. A screenshot of the Health app.
- My spending. A statement file, or a photo with the numbers covered.
- A bill or a letter. One clear photo.
- My to-do list. A screenshot, just type it, or connect TickTick.
- My receipts. A photo of each one.
Example conversation
What is the easiest way to show you my calendar?
Open your calendar on today, take a screenshot and text it to me. That is all.
Here it is.
Got it. You have the dentist at 9 and a call at 11:30. You are free from 3 to 6.
Make it stick
- Start with photos. Most people never need anything else.
- If someone tells you this needs a complicated setup, ask your assistant first.
What it will not do
It does not log in to your accounts. It only sees what you send, plus the calendar or TickTick you connect on your private page. Never text a password, a card number or a full account number.
Demo notice
During a demo, do not send passwords, card numbers or private customer details. Read the demo rules.
