Plan my day
You text everything on your mind, and your assistant turns it into a short list in a good order.
Works today
Nothing to connect. You only text your assistant.
Suggested tools
You can set these up yourself. Get the app, follow the steps, then copy the prompt.
Apple Calendar
The calendar app that comes on every iPhone.
Download for iPhoneOpen the website
- Open Calendar and tap today so you see the whole day.
- Take a screenshot.
- Text the screenshot to your assistant with the prompt below.
Copy this prompt and give it to your assistant
I use the Calendar app on my iPhone and I want you to plan my day around it. Walk me through it one step at a time and wait for me after each step: open Calendar on today, take a screenshot and send it here. I will also text what I need to get done. Then plan my tasks around my appointments and give me my top 3.
It only sees what is in the picture, and it can read a time wrong, so check the times.

Google's free calendar app. It works on iPhone, Android and the web.

It only sees what is in the picture and it does not add anything to your calendar.

I keep my tasks in Google Tasks and I want help choosing what to do. Walk me through it one step at a time and wait for me after each step: open my list, take a screenshot and send it here. Then pick my top 3 for today, put them in a good order, and ask me if anything has a set time.
It cannot check off or add tasks in Google Tasks. You do that yourself.
What to text
Plan my day. Here is everything on my mind: (type it all here)
I have 3 jobs today, 2 calls to return and the bank closes at 5. Put it in order.
What are my top 3 for today? The rest can wait.
I only have 2 hours. What should I do first?
Here is a screenshot of my calendar. Plan my tasks around it.
Done with the first one. What is next?
Steps
- In the morning, text everything you need to do. Do not sort it. Just type.
- Add what is fixed, like "bank closes at 5" or "pick up kids at 3."
- Ask: "Put it in order and give me my top 3."
- Read the plan. Tell it what is wrong. For example: "I cannot call before 10."
- As you finish things, text "Done" and ask what is next.
Example conversation
I have 3 jobs today, 2 calls to return and the bank closes at 5. Put it in order.
Here is one way to do it:
1. Return the 2 calls first, 15 minutes
2. Job 1 and job 2 in the morning
3. Bank at lunch, before the line gets long
4. Job 3 in the afternoon
Your top 3: the calls, job 1, the bank. Does any job have a set time?
Job 2 is at 1 pm.
Then: calls, job 1, bank at 11:30, job 2 at 1, job 3 after.
Make it stick
- Do it at the same time each day, like with your first coffee.
- Ask for a top 3. A long list is easy to ignore.
- It does not text you first. You start the plan each morning.
What it will not do
It does not see your calendar unless you send a screenshot or connect it on your private page. See Add my calendar. It does not know what time it is for you unless you say so.
Demo notice
During a demo, do not send passwords, card numbers or private customer details. Read the demo rules.
