Reminders

This guide shows you how to get a reminder text at a time you choose.

Add-on

This is an add-on. It is off until we turn it on for you. To ask for it, text Sam.

What it does

Your assistant can text you at a time you choose. You tell it what to remind you about and when.

Once it is on

  1. Text what you want and when. For example: "Remind me every Monday at 9 to check renewals."
  2. Read its reply. Check that the day and the time are right.
  3. At that time, your assistant texts you.

  • Remind me every Monday at 9 to check renewals.

  • Remind me on Friday at 4 to send invoices.

  • Remind me tomorrow at 8 to call the supplier.

Example conversation

You:

Remind me every Monday at 9 to check renewals.

Your assistant:

Okay. I will text you every Monday at 9:00 in the morning to check renewals.

Monday, 9:00

Your assistant:

Reminder: check renewals.

This is an example. The words your assistant uses will be different.

What it will not do

Reminders go to you only. It does not text your customers.

More add-ons

We can turn on two more add-ons for you. To ask for one, text Sam.

Website lookups

Your assistant can look things up on specific websites that you approve. Tell us which websites you want. Once it is on, ask a question about one of those websites. For example: "Look on my supplier's website for their holiday hours."

Helpers

For a big job, your assistant can split the work into parts and bring back one answer. Once it is on, you ask the same way as always. You get one answer back.
